Paul House Co., Ltd. was established in 2018 and primarily operates in the hospitality industry, focusing on vacation rental and hotel management, as well as guest support services for travelers visiting Japan.
Before the company was officially founded, we began operating our first suite-style vacation rental property in Ikebukuro, Tokyo in 2016. Through years of hands-on experience, we expanded our portfolio with multiple accommodations in the Ikebukuro area, welcoming guests from around the world.
In 2018, we acquired and began operating an entire apartment building in Ueno, Tokyo as a vacation rental property under our own management. At the same time, we expanded our business into real estate sales and property management services, allowing us to provide broader support for international guests and clients who love Japan.
In 2024, we took another major step forward by opening a new hotel in the Ueno-Okachimachi area, offering our returning guests and travelers even more accommodation options.
In 2026, we opened another new hotel in a prime location just a 2-minute walk from Sugamo Station. In addition, we partnered with LIWEI COFFEE to launch our very first café on the ground floor of the property.
Through our hospitality, real estate, and café businesses, we remain committed to creating comfortable, memorable, and unique experiences for visitors to Japan.
