Paul House Co., Ltd. (PAUL HOUSE) was established in 2018, primarily engaged in the operation of vacation rentals, traveler support, and related services.
Prior to the company's founding, operations began in 2016 with the management of its first vacation rental in Ikebukuro, Tokyo. With accumulated experience, the company expanded by adding multiple properties in the Ikebukuro area. In 2018, the company purchased a standalone apartment building in Ueno, Tokyo, and began operating it as a vacation rental. Additionally, real estate sales and property management services were incorporated into the business, allowing the company to provide more comprehensive support to international guests who have a passion for Japan.
In 2024, the company took another significant step forward by opening a new hotel in Ueno-Okachimachi, thereby offering even more accommodation options for our valued guests.
